questions or to computer commands.
Again like writing, the learner can form
messages using computer language or
program.

Instructional media consist of audio-visual aids that
served to enhance and enrich the teaching process.
On the other hand, educational
communication media comprises the media of
communication to audiences including learners using
the printer, film, radio, and television or satellite means
of communication.
To illustration, let’s examine the programs (capabilities) normally installed in an ordinary modern PC.
Microsoft Office- program for composing text,
graphics, photos into letters, articles, reporting, etc.
Power point-point- for preparing lecture presentation
Excel- for spreadsheets and similar graphic sheets

• Yahoo or Google- Websites; e-mail,
chat rooms, Blog sites, new services
