One should practise to expel fear, hatred, insecurity, repentance and sense of guilt from the mind. If you are successful to oust the negative thoughts from the mind, then your mind will be vacant and it will not stay vacant for a long time. You should fill your mind with new creative and positive thoughts, which will guard against the re-entry of negative thoughts by a creating strong fort. After trying for a considerable time to recapture the mental fort and failing to do so, because of losing the battle with the positive thoughts, they will be forced to leave your mind, which will be a place for existence of creative and positive thoughts.
