System Description

Automation line of round type return line system that automatically moves the flow process using Bosch Pallet to each part of the process in a rising position and standby state. It is the assembly line of Magnet → Hall IC → PCB Insert after Soldering in Housing System line to eject after positive judgment. The function test line is a facility to automatically take out after marking, only for performance test and good product after automatic magnetization.

High speed tab loading M/C to the cassette by Servo interlocking (Cabit for injection of the inserted pin) after mold cutting the tab by the pin pusher. In-line type of loading, ejector after injection is also available, SPM: 150, about 0.25sec per pin.
