Client Satisfaction and the Good Name of the Corporation are directly dependent upon this working philosophy. The Quality Assurance Representative (QAR) has the responsibility and authority to co-ordinate, develop and monitor the implementation and effectiveness of the Quality System and for ensuring that the requirements of ISO 9001: are met and continuously improved.

This Policy is communicated and understood within the Organisation and is available to the Public and will be reviewed for continuing suitability and relevance.
