The NEXIAR® headquarters is located in the prestigious technological centre of KilometroRosso, close to Bergamo airport and Milan. The Company has branches located throughout Italy in Milan, Florence, Livorno, Rome, Terni, Brescia and Latina.
The inception of each project begins with an initial 'kick-off ' meeting in the presence of all team leaders who give their own contribution to the client's needs and requirements. After the meeting, the appointed team leaders begin to design and develop the initial project ideas encountered during brainstorming.All processes are managed by a structured approach as described in the PMI's PMBOK guide.
