Freshman Julia Wilkinson (Stratford, Ont.) showed the versatility that has made her one of the top swimmers in the Big 12 by reaching the championship final in both the 100-meter freestyle and the 200-meter backstroke. Wilkinson, the A&M school record holder in the 100-yard freestyle, finished fourth in the 100 free (57.99) and fifth in the 200 back (2:21.20).
