Making patient and public engagement and involvement the norm • Over 30 patients/carers/members of the public

directly involved with the CCG in the commissioning cycle

• Examples of areas of involvement: commissioning intentions, SRG, mental health services transformation, Caring Together work streams

• Eastern Cheshire patient representatives have been involved with regional pieces of work

• Healthier Together

HealthVoice: the voice of patients counts!

• Continues to meet every two months

• Launched a large publicity campaign in October 2015 to raise the profile of HealthVoice

• Posters and leaflets for display in various locations

• Leaflets included in dispensing bags by pharmacies

• Pull up banners for display at events

• Promotion has resulted in some new faces at HealthVoice meetings

• Regarded as an essential forum for engagement

Out and about

• Communications and Engagement Team has organised and attended

numerous public events, meetings, workshops and focus groups across Eastern Cheshire • STOPandGO, Alderley Science Park • CCG Health Fair • CATCH app development workshops and launch • PPG Meetings • Events organised by partners

• 500+ people engaged through public events and meetings in 2015/16
