Warning and Termination:• When it becomes clear that these guidelines have been violated and the customer has misused SIAM copyrighted material, the customer

will be warned to cease and desist, and further, the offending company and department name will be noted on SIAM’s website.• If the company disregards the warnings and does not cease and desist the offending activity within the warning period, SIAM will refuse

services to the offending company.• In the event that SIAM or other copyright holder’s right have been violated, a claim for damages will be made also precaution under

Copyright Act will be initiated.5. Guideline changes: These guidelines may be changed from time to time.
