Ref: (i) Rates, Circular No.60 of 2009 {CCM/ECoR's Commercial Circular No.04(G)/10 dt.12.01.2010} and corrigendum thereto and. (ii)Rates Circular NO.15 of 2010 (Railway Board's letter No.TCR/1644/2009/1 dtd.13.04.2010) {reference of which has been made at CCM/ECoR's Commercial Circular NO.131 (G)/11 dt.25.11.2011} and Rates Circular NO.26 of 2012 {CCM/ECoR's Commercial Circular NO.93 (G)/12 dtd.20.09.2012} 1.0 In terms of Rates Circular under reference, sanction was accorded to grant rebate in freight for Qulk cement, Alumina and Caustic Soda when loaded and transported in privately owned BCCW, BTAPHP and BTCS wagons respectively subject to fulfillment of certain terms and conditions as stipulated therein.
