Bancs 4.0 Functionality for HL - HE Product Customer Creation

New validations in system for data quality
• Mobile Number - validation is built for the mobile number if user enter less or more than 10 digits number, then system will throw an error message “ Mobile No length should be 10”. And user will have to enter 10 digits mobile number.
• If there is prefix number or ISD number in mobile number user will enter that number in ISD field.

• PAN Card - validation is built for PAN No. • The length of PAN No. will be 10.• The first 5 characters of PAN No. will be alphabets, next 4 will be numbers and the
last character will be alphabet.• 4th character represents the category of the customer i.e.• P - represents Individual Customer, (For Personal Customers, it will be always 'P)• C - represents Company, (For Corporate Customers, it would be ‘C‘) • T - represents Trust, (For Customer type is Trust, it would be ‘T‘)• H - represents HUF , (For Customer type is HUF , it would be ‘H‘) • System will not allow any special characters in Pan number field ie,. “No spaces,
characters like !@#$%^&*().
1. If user enter incorrect Pan ID
User will get the error message to enter proper format in Pan ID
If user will select personal customer type and enter the Pan ID of corporate customer user will get the given error

• Date of Birth - A validation is built in system if user enter the DOB of customer less than 18 or greater than 70', then A pop up or error message will be given as the” CUSTOMER AGE CANT BE LESS THAN 18 OR GREATER THAN 70”.
Select date of birth.
If user enter the DOB of customer whose age is less than 17 or greater than 70 system will give the error message
• First ID Type - Validation of uniqueness for all first ID Types (Driving License/ Aadhar card UID/ Voter's card)- if a customer with same ID type existing in system then system will not allow to enter that duplicate ID for other customer.
First ID number which is entered for a customer and if same ID is already entered for existing then system will given the error message
Contract Booking screen Changes
1. Fields on screens are made LOB specific.
when user will select LOB as HL-HE then fields related to company HL- HE for company code 1 and 2 will be auto- populated other wise it will not be available.
Fields which were on miscellaneous 1 and 2 tab are moved to core option screen, hence user will have to enter all the in core option screen and will not have to go other Tabs
Application No field is mandatory for HL- HE Products user will have to enter the form application of customer in this field and it will flow from LOS to LMS for settlement case
1. Field is move from insurance tab to main tab and for non vehicle products the default value will be NOT applicable
2. For vehicle product user will have to select the value from drop down
The default value for Non vehicle products will be insurance not required and for vehicle products user will have to select the drop down.
The default value 3 will be auto-populated, user will not have to enter 3 while contract creation in loan tracking menu
User will only have to click on transmit button
The default value will be blank for HL- HE products for other products the default value will be NO FEES.
Repayment schedule screen will come after repayment creation user should check the generated repayment schedule and if incorrect repayment schedule is generated user can regenerate the repayment schedule
1. On click of transmit button on disbursement screen user will get the error message
2. Then user should mandatorily click on view disbursement details button to view the details of contract
User need to check all the details of the contract and click on save button once the details are checked user will be able to disburse the contract.
User( Checker) need to check all the details of the contract through menu mention in the error message and then authorize the queue.
Builder Subvention for HL - HE partly disburse cases.
In Home Loan and Home Equity for builder subvention case, two new fields are added on contract creation screen.
The fields are-• Adv Int Amt. • BPI AdvInt flag.
Adv Int Amt field is a mandatory field.
If there is No Advance Int amount user should enter 0 in the field, and BPI AdvInt flag will appear disabled (grayed out).
In Adv Int Amt field user has to enter the subvention amount of the builder.
User will have to select BPI AdvInt flag as ‘YES’ or ‘No’
If BPI is to be deducted from Adv Int amt then user should select BPI AdvInt flag as ‘YES’.
If BPI is not to be deducted from Adv Int amt then user should select BPI AdvInt flag as ‘NO’.
1. Enter Subvention amount
2. Select BPI AdvInt flag as ‘yes’ or ‘No’ 3. After entering all the details click on Transmit button
• User should follow normal booking process and on repayment schedule creation screen enter principal start month.
• Once user had enter all the details of contract user will follow the same steps of booking the contract,
• Then on Repayment schedule creation screen user had to enter the principal start month,

Then user should continue with the normal booking process, once the loan tracking menu is completed user has to follow the given steps(menu) to pass RO advance Interest amt entry.

• After completing all the steps during disbursement - • On disbursement screen the value of actual disbursement amount will the (Application
amount – advance Int amount) ie., ( for eg – if application amount is 1000000 and Adv Int amount (subvention amount ) is 200000 then the disbursement amount on the disbursement screen will be 1000000-200000= 800000).
• Then user can do the first tranche disbursement.
Second Tranche disbursement • For second tranche if user had to enter the additional subvention amount user has to
follow the given steps – • Go to contract tracking operations select existing account and enter contract no on
the screen.

Part pre payment of HL HE and auto regeneration of repay schedule
• New value part repayment is added in drop down of Purpose of collection field for OTC bankable and Non- Bankable through Cash, DD and Cheque for HL – HE products.
If user is doing the part pre payment for HL – HE contract user will have to follow the given steps.
• For OTC bankable entry and Non bankable entry user will have to go to the OTC repayment screen and select part repayment from purpose of collection field.
• Once user will select the part repayment from purpose of collection field, a new field regeneration basis will appear which consist of two values fixed Emi and Fixed Tenure.
• Regeneration basis field is a mandatory field, if user will not select the value from the field user will not be able to do OTC repayment for the contract.
• User will have to select the required regeneration basis, fixed tenure and fixed Emi and On Click of transmit button user will be able to do the part pre payment in the contract.

A new field for ‘Nominee Name’ is added on Additional loan detail
screen(17048).
• On additional loan details screen 17048, under the Credit Shield/Motor Insurance tab, a new field “Nominee Name” is added.
• For credit Life Insurance cases, user will have to mandatorily capture Nominee details of the customer.
• Once the Insured Person Name” or “Insured Person CIF is taken, the 3 fields will be mandatory and user will have to input the name of nominee, Date of birth of nominee and relationship of nominee.
• To capture the Nominee details user will have to follow the given steps.

• A new field grace day is added for HL- HE Products on the screen 17035.• By default system will auto populate grace period as 0.• This field will be user input and is a mandatory field with value up to 2 numeric
digits.• User will have to enter the grace days in grace period field if in the contract grace
days request is given.• If Grace days are entered in the Contract, then the system will allow to do the
branch disbursement, but HO authorization will happen after the Grace period. • Contract will appear in Ho queue post grace days.• If Branch authorization is done on 1st and Grace Days are entered as 7, then, it will
appear in the HO authorization queue on 8th, whether 8th is a working day, week end or a holiday.
• Grace period cannot be after the first due date (EMI)/Pre EMI.
1. By default value of grace days will be zero, user will enter no of grace days they require
Two New Charges (CERSAI Charges and MOE Charges) are introduced for HL HE under company code 1 and 2.
• Two New Charges (CERSAI Charges and Memorandum of Entry (MOE) Charges are introduced for HL HE under company code 1 and 2
• CERSAI charges is to be mandatorily collected before disbursement. System will not allow the disbursement in case it is not collected.
• MOE charges is non mandatory it will only be collected for the contracts in which MOE charges is to be taken.
• System provides the user an option to waive the CERSAI charges and MOE charges, if required user can give wavier for CERSAI and MOE charges.
• The CERSAI charges of Rs. 250 will be charged at the time of Cancellation as well as Termination.
• User will have to follow given steps for collecting MOE and CERSAI charges

Circular No - 419Sub: clarification note on retention policy
Please find the below guide lines to be followed by all branches for retention cases:
1. Customers walking in with Competition cheques (in case of customer is willing to do BT) to be foreclosed with the local Sales Manager’s approval immediately with following mandatory conditions:
a. Scan copy of the cheque needs to be uploaded on sage under the termination attribute - “Loan termination foreclosure (BR)”.
b. In the “case description” field under the above sage attribute, the branch ops should mention: “Direct BT – Cheque issued by __________________( name of the bank/financial institution).
2. Foreclosure statement can be provided by branch ops if sage request raised by them have exceeded the TAT of 15 days, however branch ops to take approval from either of the two authorities: AVP Ops - Premanshu Chatterjee/ Head Ops – Samir Mohanty.
Circular No - 420Sub: Guidance note for SV Proof mismatches cases for TW & CD
If there are minor variation between the signature on the KYC document available for SV proof (Driving License, PAN card, Passport etc) and the signature on the loan documents and ECS mandate then we will go ahead by recording it as a minor variation in system. Branch Operations executive can take this call. If Branch Operation executive is not comfortable than they can refer cases to Cluster Ops to take call.
If there is a complete variation between the signature on the KYC docs available for SV proof and the ECS mandate (Separate signature on SV proof taken for KYC proof and signature on ECS/ AD mandate form as per bank record then
