• It is 79km south of London, 16km west of Brighton, and 29km east of Chichester.
• It has about 104,600 residents.• It has some of the oldest mines in Europe, as
well as 3 theaters and one of the oldest cinemas in England.

This is Beach House, it was built in the 1820s and is internationally famous!
