Every teacher, by precept and example, be a moral guide for the students of the school.

They shall, by precept and example, inculcate in the minds of the students respect for rules and regulations of the school.

Every teacher shall cooperate with and secure cooperation of other persons in all activities which aim at the improvement of the moral, mental and physical well being of pupils.

Every teacher must be strictly impartial in his relation with all his pupils. He /she should be sympathetic and helpful particularly to the slow learners.

Every teacher must be a learner throughout his life not only to enrich his own life, but also of those who are placed in his /her care.

Every teacher should take pride in his calling and try to promote the dignity and solidarity of his/her profession

No teacher shall indulge in or encourage any form of malpractice connected with examinations or other school activities.

Every teacher should be punctual in attendance, in respect of class work as also for any other work connected with the duties assigned to him by the Principal. He/she should realize that he/she is a member of the team and should help in developing a corporate life in the school.

Every teacher should be clean and trim, not casual and in formal, while on duty. His / her dress should be neat and dignified.

Every teacher should abide by the rules and regulations of the school

Every teacher shall avoid monetary transactions with the pupils and parents and refrain from exploiting his school influence for personal ends.

No teacher shall apply for an assignment or job outside the school direct. He / she shall invariably submit his/her application through proper channel

No teacher shall represent his/her grievances, if any except through proper channel

Every teacher shall consider school property and funds as if placed in trust with him/her and shall exercise the same prudence and care as he would do in respect of his/her own property or funds

It is the duty of every teacher :-a) to respect the National Flag and the National Anthem;b) to promote harmony and the spirit of common brotherhood amongst all the people of India transcending religious, linguistic and regional or sectional diversities, to renounce practices derogatory to the dignity of women

c) to develop scientific temper, humanism and spirit of enquiry and reform.d) to safe guard public property and to abjure violence.e) To strive towards excellence in all spheres of individual and collective activity so that the nation constantly rises to higher level of endeavour and achievement.

No teacher should carry mobile to the class. They should switchoff their mobiles after entering the school premises.

Every teacher shall at all times:-i) Maintain absolute integrity.ii) Maintain devotion to duty.iii) Do nothing which is unbecoming of an employee of the school.

Note:- Above code of conduct will be applicable to the non teaching staff of school also.

It is compulsory for all students to attend the General Assembly in the morning at 8;20a.m. Students should arrive at school before the 1st bell rings. Students arriving habitually late will be sent home.

Late comers must bring an application from their parents/guardians otherwise they will be sent home. No child shall leave the school premises during school hours without the permission of the Principal or Teacher in-charge and a gate-pass.

Care must be taken of all school property and no student should scratch, spoil the desks or chairs or damage any school furniture, write or draw any thing on the walls or in any way damage things belonging to others. Students who are negligent will be charged for the damage.

No parent is permitted to enter the classrooms. Parents are not allowed to meet teachers during school hours without prior appointment from the Principal.

Students are not allowed to bully or intimidate other students, staff or teachers. In case of any problem, they are encouraged to contact the Counsellor and/or the Principal for the redressal of complaints, if any. 

Students suffering from any infectious disease must complete the quarantine period before rejoining school. This should be indicated on the medical certificate duly signed by a competent doctor.

All students are expected to speak only in English at school and we request the parents to encourage the students to do so at home as well.

All students shall bring the school diary to school every day. Parents are expected to check the diary daily and sign wherever required.

No valuable articles and gold jewellery to be worn by the children. School is not responsible for goods, money or jewellery lost.

Students are not allowed to wear bangles, anklets, flowers, mehendi, tattoes and nail polish to school.

All second Saturdays the School will remain closed.

Boys MUST have a short hair cut always. Long hair will NOT be permitted at school.

Girls with long hair must have their hair in two plaits with Black Satin Ribbons.

It is COMPULSORY for all students to be in PROPER SCHOOL UNIFORM and only navy blue socks and BLACK Shoes.

Students who are not in proper School Uniform, Shoes and Socks will be sent home.

STUDENT MUST NOT :

Bring articles of value such as rings or other pieces of jewel to the school. The school will not be held responsible for the loss of such articles.

Lend or borrow money or other articles. Shout or make noise in the school building or

create a confusion in the auditorium or class room. Leave cycles unlocked or ride in the school

compound. Bring electronic gadgets like the mobile phones,

cameras, cutting instruments into the school. If brought they will be confiscated.

Burst crackers or splash colours during Diwali /Holi or any other occasion in the school premises or in the school buses.

. POINTS TO REMEMBER : Never omit the lesson or homework assigned. It is

like missing a train that you never catch afterwards.

Never postpone what you can do today. Live well by doing everything well. Get the Progress Report signed by the

parent/guardian within 3 days of its receipt. Forged signature, if detected will invite disciplinary action.

Obey class monitors, house captains and other Students on duty.

Students behaviour in and outside the school shall be exemplary. Any deviation can lead to consideration for suspension

LEAVE RULES FOR STUDENTS

Leave may be granted to the students at the recommendation of the class teacher by the Principal of the school.

Half day leave may be granted to the students in urgent cases only. It should be duly signed by the parents/ guardian in the student’s diary.

During examination no student shall avail leave. In case of emergency it may be granted by the Principal of the school.

In all cases sanction of leave shall be at the discretion of the Principal.

If any student remains absent from the school without getting the leave sanctioned by the Principal or any prior information, his name may be struck off after ten days of continuous absence from the school.

CODE OF SCONDUCT FOR PARENTS Parents are requested to send students

in perfect uniform always. The ward of those parents who avoid

meeting the authorities, when advised to do so, may not be allowed to attend the classes.

Parents should not try to contact the Principal or teachers over the phone, at home until it is a very urgent issue. Parents can meet the Principal and teachers during the ‘Visiting Hours’ at school with prior appointment.

Our school is a polybag-free zone. All parents are requested not to send or bring any articles like tiffin, stationery, craft articles etc. to school in polybags.

Parents / Guardians of such students who do not avail school transport should report at the school’s gate 10 minutes before the school gets over to collect their wards.

Parents should not argue with the teachers/ other students or the conductor / driver present in the conveyance. If there is any problem, a written complaint to the Principal or Administrative office should be given.

No parents are allowed in the class for celebrating Birthday parties.

As the medium of instruction is English, the children should be helped to have regular conversation in this language at home. In the school campus also the students are encouraged to converse in English among them selves.
