CNC Milling
Machine

Our three axis CNC machine is designed, manufactured, assembled at home, it is not big or too heavy by which
you can put it and operate in your own room.
Our milling machine is mainly manufactured to be used in PCB (Printed Circuit Board) manufacturing, so you
can mill simple and complex single or double face control and electronic circuits in minutes instead of spending
hours making your own circuit by the traditional way. The machine has been tested in different working conditions
and with different settings and then calibrated to produce a very high quality electronic circuits ready to mount your
components on and weld them.
The machine is operated by three stepper motors mounted on the machine aluminum body and coupled with
three lead screws to grantee stability and torque needed to operate the machine with high force and speed.

The body is constructed by aluminum right angle 30*30*3 mm and 40*40*4 mm frames to increase the
machine strength and durability. They were all cut, formed, drilled and assembled in home by using simple workshop
machines. Also ball bearing were used for the lead screws and linear bearings (20 mm) were used to control and
hold the three axis of the machine.
A 33500 RPM aluminum router is used to mill your electronic circuits’
contours and we can grantee it to be used with other materials, wood, Teflon
Ptfe and aluminum milling.

The control unit components of the machine are assembled and specially selected to meet the operation
requirements including the required sensitivity for motors. Using a selected power supply to cover the accumulative
electrical power consumed by the whole electrical components and motors, also high quality wires are used to
conduct signals and current for all machine electrical parts.
The control unit includes the components needed to fit
the machine operation including:
1. Power Supply.
2. Interface Board (Parallel Port based).
3. Three Drive Circuits.
4. Relay.
5. Two fans (One air inlet and the other one air
outlet).
6. Power ON/OFF switch and one Emergency STOP
Switch.
Some software are used to operate the machine and also to produce the required drawings which can be
used to be plotted by the machine.
1. MACH3 Software (The direct interface software with the machine).
2. Proteus, used for circuit design and simulation.
3. Copper Cam, used to generate G code for electronic circuits.
4. AutoCAD.
5. LazyCam, used to generate G and M codes for MACH3.
6. Corel Draw, used to convert drawing and pictures files for Lazy Cam to generate G codes.
