• Union Negotiations (both contracts expire 9/30/2020)• Continue to work on Department Standard Operating Procedures• Continue to monitor health plan design for opportunities to reduce costs • Comprehensive review of pre-employment screening criteria by position • Continue to revamp new hire orientation, onboarding & off-boarding• Continue current training programs while also adding additional training
