Dalian is a major city and seaport of China. Dalian is a popular destination among domestic tourists and foreign visitors, especially from Japan, South Korea and Russia.[10] Its mild climate and multiple beaches as well as its importance in the modern history of China have attracted tourists. Some of the most famous beaches are Jīnshítān Golden Coast (金石滩黄金海岸) beach, Fùjiāzhuāng (付家庄) beach, Bàngchuídǎo (棒棰岛) beach, Xīnghǎi Park (星海公园) beach, Xīnghǎi Bay (星海湾) beach, and Xiàjiāhézi (夏家河子) beach. In 2007, it was one of the three cities named "China's best tourist city", along with Hangzhou and Chengdu, recognized by the National Tourism Administration and the United Nations World Tourism Organization.[56]

Scenery When it comes to Dalian,sea and beach seems to be a must for people to talk about.
Cause Dalian is a coastal city,we always go for a walk by the sea.
Seeing this, don't you think any annoyances could go away?

Xinghai Square
which is the largest square in Asia,covers an area of 17 million square meters.
the night scene in Dalian is also worth mentioning.
The Shell Museum on the edge of Xinghai Square.
The castle hotel in Xinghai which is very famous.
Actually,there are always my friends who keep asking me what kind of city do you think about Dalian?
I always say,"I don't know."Cause it's just like a mixture.A mixture of contemporary and old things.A mixture of wealthiness and poverty.A mixture of fine views and pollution.A mixture of perfections and imperfections.
Look at this,it's a train
invented in old times.Few cities
remain this,but in Dalian it still
being utilized.
Can you tell the dragon and the phoenix sculptured on the pillars?
Both of them are mythic animals,in represent of male and female respectively.
And there is a legend, if lover come there together,they will be together forever.
Food
Seafood is a specialty in Dalian,fresh and cheap.
Peking Duck & Wraps
We always eat Peking Ducks wraped in the pancake,it's really delicious.
the pancake is as thin as a paper,
we roll it the same way as the right pic did.

There are also a lot of food from other countries.

Entertainment
a big merry-go-round
A famous long road for hiking and cycling.
On weekends, There are always citizens enjoy the scenery on this road.
Admiring the beauty of sakura
The sakura burst into bloom when May comes,it's
really beautiful.People always have one day out for
going camping and admiring the sakura.
The Chinese traditional instrument called guqin.
The right is music score,which is occult.
Because it includes Chinese philosopy "Taoism".
This is a song-and-dance duet popular in the Northeast of China.
It builds funny atmosphere by playing not one's customary role and jokes,everybody likes it.
Sometimes there are on show in the theater.
In addition to this,there are also plazza to hang out,fairground to have entertainment,zoo and aquarium to touch the animals,ect :)
All of these are the things that I have seen,that's my own feeling.
It can't define what a city is.
It's on you,it needs to be explored by yourself.
To encounter the surprise packet,to see the deficiency.
To live with the people from different culture,to enjoy diversity.
Step out of your comfort zone.To be a world citizen.
