All Heads of Departments, Agencies, Other Executive Offices, Constitutional Offices, and Government-Owned and Controlled Corporations WORKSHOP ON THE GUIDELINES IN TAGGING GOVERNMENT EXPENDITURES FOR CLIMATE CHANGE IN THE BUDGET PROCESS 1.0 In line with the Department of Budget and Management - Climate Change Commission Joint Memorandum Circular No. 2013-01, a half- day Workshop on the Guidelines. in Tagging Government Expenditures for Clim~te Change in the Budget Process' shall be held in five (5) batches on February 27 and 28 at the Amorsolo-Joya . Function Room, Heritage Hotel, Roxas Boulevard corner EDSA, Pasay City, and on March 11:;,2014 at the 4th Floor, DBM Boncodin Hall, DBM Multi-Purpose Hall, San Miguel, Manila. 2.0 The Workshop aims to familiarize agencies with the Climate Change Tagging Guidelines and _provide snapshots on the online system prepared byDBM for tagging CC-related expenditures. 3.0 In this. regard and due to the -limited space of the venue, one (1) official/technical staff from each of the planning and budgeting office and one (1) climate change focal person from each departmenU agency/office/ .corporation are requested to _attend the workshop.
