Dear Parents,
Following points are being circulated for your kind consideration.
1) Formative exams. and monthly Test
• No student will be allowed to go home after FA’s (Formative Assessment/ Monthly
Tests) exam. If it is critically urgent, get the permission slip signed by the Principal and
collect your ward within half an hour after the examination.
After that no student will be allowed to go home in any circumstances.
• Parents are not allowed to go into the classrooms directly. They must get permission
slip (signed by the Principal) to take their ward home. They must wait for their ward at
the reception.
• On being called, students must bring their permission slips.
• Students must submit their medical leave in advance in examination days if suffering
from any ailment. Otherwise they will be charged fine.
2) Students must ensure their proper uniform (specially tie, belt, shoes and hair style).
No funky accessories are allowed in school. Kindly check the student before sending
him/her to school to ensure that he/she is not carrying precious mobile, vehicle keys,
important documents, a lot of cash and other precious & objectionable items.
3) Parents are requested to submit child’s medical history, if he/she is suffering from any
serious ailment. Otherwise school will not be responsible for any kind of
mishappening in school premises.
4) It is mandatory for the parents to attend all the PTM’s. They are not allowed to meet
or interact with the teachers during school hours. If it is urgent, take report of your
ward or meet the teacher after 1:20 p.m. with the permission of school authorities.
5) Parents are requested to update their mobile numbers in school records in case of any
change, for proper communication as well as for regular messages from school
regarding any information and H.W. for absent students.
6) Parents are requested to give their ward’s lunch box with him/her in the morning
before coming to school. In case of urgency, keep the Lunch box (with a slip of name,
Roll No., Class) on the table near school main gate. Your child must know that his/her
lunch will come before recess so he/she has to collect it from the table.
7) If parents have any emergency or urgent query regarding their ward, they must come
atleast two hours after the school opening time. Visiting hours for the parents for any
administrative query are as under :-
Summer - 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Winter - 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon
