Blok F00 F09 meliputi grup gangguan organik prilaku. Yakni, gangguan-gangguan hasil dari

sebab fisis, sebagai contoh: dementia pada

Alzheimers disease.

Block F10 F19 meliputi gangguan akibat penggunaan psychoactive atau substansi lain.

Karakter ke 3 mengindikasikan substansi yang

terlibat dan karakter ke 4 mengindikasikan status

klinis pasiennya.
