Zuraimi Bin Abdul Aziz, PhD, CMILT, MIMM, is a Senior Lecturer, Universiti Malaysia Kelantan. He has a PhD, Master in Management and a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration (Hons). He is also a Chartered Member of The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CMILT) (UK) and Member of Institute of Marketing Malaysia (MIMM). He was appointed as a Council Member of The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport, Malaysia in 2017 and Vice Chairman CILTM East Coast Section since 2012. He specializes in Strategic Planning, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Chartering, Export & International Trade, Port, Shipping & Maritime Transportation, Procurement, Commercial, Shipping and STS Operations and Business Development. He provides consultancy and training for number of companies with on the field expertise. He has a total of 15 years of working experience in industry before joining the academic field. He spent almost 12 years in Oil & Gas and Petrochemicals industries, managing Strategic Planning, Business Development and Trading, Commercial Shipping and Transportation, Supply Chain Management, Export & International Trade and Logistics activities which consist of planning, sales & procurement, operations, maritime logistics, chartering and commercial. Prior to that, he gained valuable experiences in port and customs procedures when he was attached with Malaysian Ports and Malaysian Customs. In total, he accumulates over 20 years of professional experience in industry and higher education.

Mohamad Rosni Othman, PhD, CMILT, is a Senior lecturer and previously as a Deputy Dean (Academic and Student Affairs), Faculty of Maritime Studies and Marine Science, University Malaysia Terengganu (UMT) and recently Chairman for Maritime Management programme in the School of Maritime Business and Management . He obtained his Diploma and Degree at the University Putra Malaysia, Master in the Maritime Management at University Malaysia Terengganu and Ph.D in the Maritime Management and Policy at the Newcastle University, United Kingdom. He is a member of the Nautical
Institute, UK and International Association of Maritime Economy (IAME) and the Charted Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT), UK. He is specialized in the Marine accident Investigation (Verified by IMO), Certified Ship Surveyor (Verified by Briar Maritime Services, United Kingdom), ISM Code certified lead Auditor (Verified by Lloyd’s Registry, United Kingdom) and Certified MS ISO 1991 Lead Auditor (ISO 10011:1991, verified by Det Norske Veritas). Appointed as a Council Members of Charted Institute of Logistics and Transport, Malaysia, Chairman for Publication and Information Committee, Chairman CILTM East Coast Section from 2012 to present and permenant member ISO/TC 188-SIRIM Berhad.

Norhanom binti Awang, CMILT is a Senior lecturer, under Logistics and Supply Chain Management Department at Polytechnic Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah, Kuantan, Pahang. She obtained his Degree in Marketing (Hons) and Executive Master in Business Administration from MARA Institute of Technology and now pursuing her PhD in Logistics at University Malaysia Pahang, and also Chartered member of CILTM. She had experienced working in Production and Quality Department before joining the academic field. She spent more than 10 years in teaching especially in Business Research, Procurement and Transportation. She also had experiences teaching in several universities as part time lecturer.
