We are a Public Primary School

Ages, 3 – 11Our school is in Melilla

Melilla is a city in the north of Africa that belongs to Spain.It is in front of Almeria andthe coast of Granada

Our school is strategicalysituated between the city centreand the beach, in a developingarea called “Hipodromo”

Our school has two buildings:One for 3-5 year old and another one for 6-11year old.

There are three groups each age:27classes, 3 supporting classes, 3 special needs classes .In our school the children study maths, spanish,

science and art touch by a tutor.English, PE, music and Catholic and Muslim religion by specialist teachers.

We have specialiced teachers to help pupils with especial needs and disabilities.

We are developing different proyects: computers, reading activities, library, school support for pupils, inmersion inEnglish... Although our classes have a

classroom library and a computer corner, we are very proudof our school library and computer room, where every week each group has different activities

Our corridors are living exhibitionof our class work.

In the afternoon our school offers a variety of extractivitieslike sports, computers, open library. Our school is opened toour comunity as well.

We have a wonderful relationship.
