After consultation with parents and early childhood service providers, the program funding has been spent on: > this DVD and book collection for Lismore and Goonellabah libraries, > extra copies of some of these resources for early childhood service providers to keep and use with their families, > helping some service providers to develop and produce their own resources, > working with the library to set up a special parenting page on their website - summarising locally-available services and resources and with links to other leading parenting websites. A great “first stop” for more parenting information and ideas is the Raising Children Network (raisingchildren.net.au) - an easy- to-use website, developed with the help of Australian parents and childcare professionals.
