The first Jewish settlers reached St. Maarten following the Spanish Inquisition and the
community kept growing during the 16th and 17th centuries. Now, the St. Maarten Jewish
community accounts for roughly 200 families and students in Simpson Bay.

GENERAL INFORMATION
FOOD & BEVERAGE MINIMUM
A food and beverage minimum of $100.00 per person, per day is required exclusive of service charge. Any shortfall of this
amount will be posted to the master account. A minimum of two group dinner/receptions must be held on property
during a program.
HOTEL & SET UP FEE
A 5% group fee and 10% set up fee is added to all food & beverage prices. Prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars unless
otherwise noted and are subject to change without prior notice. Any staff gratuities will be at your discretion.

MEAL PLAN CREDIT
In the event the group chooses to hold a private group function while on a meal plan, the resort will apply the portion of
the meal plan (i.e., dinner), plus the 15% set up and service fees that were pre-paid toward the price of the private

MENU SELECTION & GUIDELINES
To assure the best overall experience, we do request a confirmed menu selections and meal guarantee no later than 15
days prior to the event. Once given, this guarantee cannot be reduced. If a guarantee is not provided, the hotel will use its
own consideration based on the guest count of the group.
