    Toggle platesThe toggle plates of a rolling design with a long service life do not need lubricating, and are non-polluting. The setting is adjusted through shims eliminating wear of the jaw crusher. The adjustment is facilitated with the hydraulic cylinders with a hand pump.

    Protection devicesProtection device protects the shaft, bearings, pendulum, or bed against damage if uncrushable piece occurs in the crushing chamber. It is ensured by: Breaking plate Safety coupling in flywheels protects. When it gets into the crushing chamber, the safety coupling arms are released therefore stopping the pendulum while flywheels rotate freely on the shaft. No parts must be replaced and re-assembly takes just several minutes.

    Integrated driveThere are several types of drive integrated in the frame of the crusher saving space and extending the service life of V-belts available.

    The frame is rugged and all-welded together as one unit, or in case of bigger crushers, it consists of several parts bolted together.

    I frantoi a mascelle a semplice ginocchiera DCJ sono disponibili in una vasta gamma di modelli che soddisfano le esigenze pi diverse e che coprono un campo di capacit produttiva che arriva ad oltre 1000 t/h. Sono caratterizzati da:

    - Grande robustezza e affidabilit di funzionamento - Bassi costi operativi - Semplice gestione e manutenzione con facile sostituzione dei pezzi di ricambio - Grande capacit produttiva e alto rapporto di riduzione grazie alla geometria ottimale della camera di frantumazione

  • GINOCCHIERA : del tipo a rotolamento non richiede lubrificazione. La regolazione della fenditura di scarico si effettua con facilit grazie ad un Martinetto idraulico e ad una serie di inserti di spessoramento.

    SISTEMA DI PROTEZIONE : nei modelli pi piccoli la protezione contro la accidentale introduzione di corpi infrantumabili affidata ad una ginocchiera a rottura prestabilita, mentre nei modelli pi grandi (o in opzione) consiste in uno speciale accoppiamento di sicurezza tra i volani e lalbero eccentrico. Quando un corpo in frantumabile entra nella camera di frantumazione e tende a loccare il movimento della macchina, gli sforzi superano quelli di normale funzionamento pevisti e, in queste condizioni, una apposita frizione pretarata vincola i volani lasciandoli liberi di ruotare folli sullalbero del frantoio che invece si bloccato. Il vantaggio evidente che nessun pezzo deve essere ostituito e in pochi minuti il frantoio pu essere ripristinato e riavviato.

  • MOTORIZZAZIONE INTEGRATA : questa soluzione (opzionale) consente di avere il motore di omando e tutti i carter di protezione a bordo macchina con evidenti vantaggi sulla durata delle cinghie di trasmissione; linstallazione negli impianti diventa pi semplice e pi compatta. Inoltre consente di montare il frantoio (in quanto senza vincoli se non lappoggio sul basamento) su gruppi antivibranti in gomma che lo isolano dalle strutture limitando la trasmissione di vibrazioni e sollecitazioni.

    REGOLAZIONE IDRAULICA : in particolare per applicazioni in cui richiesta una frequente modifica della pezzatura del prodotto o in cui sono presenti molti corpi infrantumabili disponibile un sistema di regolazione e sicurezza automatico con comando a distanza. Gli sforzi di frantumazione sono supportati direttamente da un robustissimo martinetto idraulico che consente la regolazione in continuo e che fa capo ad un gruppo idropneumatico di protezione dai sovraccarichi.

    COSTRUZIONE HEAVY DUTY: i frantoi DCJ sono progettati con il metodo dellanalisi degli sforzi ad elementi finiti. Tutti gli elementi maggiormente sollecitati (es. il pendolo) sono realizzati in un pezzo unico di fusione in acciaio legato per garantire la massima robustezza e durata.

    VIBRATING SCREENS

    The vibrating screens of VS series are particularly fit for heavy and precise screening; the vibration system called "restrained oscillation" is obtained, in fact, by means of an eccentric shaft constrained to the base frame through supports; this enables to have always the same casing oscillation amplitude, apart from the weight of the material to select, and therefore more perfect selection and greater output.

    DESCIPTION OF THE MACHINE

    Oscillating casing in very thick plate, selection frames fixed by self-locking bolts in order to eliminate at the most all those parts connected to the casing through electrowelding which causes very dangerous inner tensions leading very often to casing breakings. Oscillating unit composed of an eccentric shaft made of treated and ground steel, fixed on four special bearings for large band vibrating machine. Bearings are supplied with dust and water protective devices. Grease lubrification by means of lubricators placed in the upper side of the supports, easy to reach, and which can be connected with flexible pipes to automatic lubrication systems. Selecting frames equipped with either nets or punctured plates conveyor are completely detachable and covered with anti-wear plate and, on request, with rubber sheets. All vibrating screens of the VS series can be supplied on request with washing device with special nozzles.

    GRIZZLY VIBRATING SCREENS

    The vibrating screens of VSG series have designed for primary screening of both alluvial and tout-venant quarry materials. They are fixed to the fore part of a primary crushing machine. Given their special use they are designed for, all parts of the GRIZZLY vibrating screens of VSG series are made of thicker steel plates. The upper screening part can be equipped with stepped steel bars or with perforated plates. The lower part is employer to get either natual stabilizers or to eliminate thin parts when very dry tout-venant materials are used.

    PRIMARY IMPACT MILLS CMP

    BULDING NOTES

    Primary mills type CMP are particularly fit for crushing semihard materials and, by employing special antiabrasive chromium-molybdenum alloys, thy can be used for hard materials too. Machines are manufactured on the basis of simplicity and hardness, result of years of experience gained on site. All wearing parts have been designed in order to make them very easy to change and, furthermore, have been unified just to obtain the possible lowest number of spare parts. As a matter of fact, armour-plate of side walls is formed by a single interchangeable part. Hammer have been designed in order to permit their use to 70% of their initial weight. The way of reducing energy absorption as much as possible treated, adn also thanks to form and arrangement of adjustable upper bars together with the special crushing chamber. Maintenance and adjustment are easy to perform thanks to the installation of hydraulic pistons and relevant control panel that enabe either to open the machines for the replacement of worn-out parts or to adjust end product size according to hammer wear and grain size curve required. Primary mills type CMP produce higly cubic maerails just because of impacts and thanks to the arrangement of upper bars they have low filler production, low energy consuption ad are insensitive to inlet of foreign bodies and to feeding of wet materials.

    RECIPROCATING FEEDERS Mod. RF

    They are suited to any type of material and in particular thanks to their solid construction, to large dimension rocky materials. This solid machine is built up in a way that it is possible to fit up hoppers of any dimension and capacity. The chassis on which the wheels lean is larger than the axis in order to avoid remnants of material during the working cycle. The feeding trolley slides by turns allowing the material to feed. The driving part consists of a rod-reduction gear and of an adjustable speed motor with electric or manual setting.

    ROTATING WASHING SCREENS

    BUILDING NOTES

    Rotary screens Mod. VTS are used to wash and sort not very dirty alluvial materials. These machines are manufactured with suitably thick structures. The sheet shovels inside the machine make possible the advancement of materials, the armour plates at the feeding mounth and the perforated plates are fixed with bolts that enable a very easy replacement when worn out. The driving occurs by means of a chain, the pinion is mounted on the reduction gear that, in its turn, is started up by electric motor and belts.
