    Pathophysiology

    Cystitis is an infection of the lower urinary tract is generally caused bygram-negative bacteria that is Escheriachia Coli arise with the propagation

    of inflammation is due to hematogenous or lower urinary tractobstruction, either acute or chronic can be bilateral or unilateral.

    Other gram-negative rods including Proteus, Klebsiella, enterobakter,serratea, and Pseudomonas are responsible for a small portioninfeksitanpa complications. These organisms may be able to becomeincreasingly important in recurrent infections and infections that are

    directly related to urological manipulsi, calculi or obstruction.

    CONCLUSION

    Cystitis is the inflammation of the mucosal jars - jars are often caused bybacterial infection. Germs that cause these infections are primarily

    Escherichia Colli, enterococci, Proteus, and Staphylococcal aureus into thejars - jars primarily through the urethra. Acute cystitis is very apt to occurif the local defense of the body decreases, ie in diabetes mellitus or minor

    local trauma during intercourse.

    Bladder infection commonly occurs in women, especially in thereproductive period. Some women suffer from recurrent bladder

    infections.
