Cystitis is an infection of the lower urinary tract is generally caused bygram-negative bacteria that is Escheriachia Coli arise with the propagation

of inflammation is due to hematogenous or lower urinary tractobstruction, either acute or chronic can be bilateral or unilateral.

Other gram-negative rods including Proteus, Klebsiella, enterobakter,serratea, and Pseudomonas are responsible for a small portioninfeksitanpa complications. These organisms may be able to becomeincreasingly important in recurrent infections and infections that are

directly related to urological manipulsi, calculi or obstruction.

In women usually because of bacteria toward the urethra or vaginal areaof the urinary meatus kekandumg continue to rise and may also be due to

renal infection but the most common infection caused by E.coli.
