Atmosphere : Simple and heart warming interior with handmade designs on the walls.

Location : Armenian Street, Georgetown, Penang.

Customers : Mainly focused on tourists as it’s situated at a tourist spot.

Survival : Good teamwork among staffs and owner- to overcome obstacles + expand business

Survival : Creating a more interesting atmosphere through his drawings and also the food served-still in developing stage

INFLATIONThe increase of price makes the trouble in their pricing. But, they can’t

simply rise up the price of the food, because customers will reject and end up they lose the business.

COMPETITORS My Coffee House, Cozzy House, Café Coffea was the “threats” to them since

they were in a same nature. Other than that, they were more famously recognized than Coffee Ink.

Human resourcesIt’s been quite hard to get a worker who willing to dedicate themselves for

the Cafe. Nowadays, most of the youngsters expect for a high salary.
