They can’t be the bearer of this project

UNESCO methodology not very adapted to the Anglo-Saxon pragmatic methods* Nevertheless, they take into consideration this issue and those countries have their own systems of enshrinement and patrimony nomination.

France appears as the most relevant bearer of the project (moreover, the country gets Tahiti and Polynesia, two iconic authentic surf places)

Surfrider Foundation Europe could be (one of) the bearers of this project
