Constructed The Villa on time and under budget. Obtained 19.3 million dollars in construction loan funding for The Villa. Obtained a 4.5 million dollar Fannie Mae loan for The Canopy Apartments in refinancing. Won the unanimous support of the Maumelle City Council for the proposed Villa at River Pointe Drive. Produced brand identity for the company including the website, brochures, commercials and other digital media.
