CTSO’s are expanding and some of the events are not being taught in the business department. Find out what other classes your students are taking and allow the other teachers to help. Teachers will view these as lesson plans/activities and appreciate the help.

tIncrease your AP Courses and make sure guidance is aware of your articulation credits, and all other “sellers” in your department to increase your student population.

• 10th place in the state is more than no medal
• Make sure your principal knows everything that you are doing and that it is an application of classroom content.
• People will feed off your energy!
Judges and Business Professionals• School Partners

• If a person . • Local Businesses
• National partners
• Parents
• Teachers Children
• Graduates
• Have meetings! Use national websites• Field trips! Attend the conferences• Allow the students to run the organization,
THEY CAN DO IT.• Enjoy your students and make sure they
enjoy being in the CTSO.• Communicate electronically with students
You have the interest, now what?
WHAT WORKS FOR YOU?
I always communicate electronically with my students, it has helped tremendously with forms, etc.
Be honest, if you don’t know or missed a deadline inform the students. They will help next time.
