Day of Event• 8:30 am – 3:30pm
volunteers build park• DJ’s from the Mountain
and the Wolf will be there to cover the day
• Food and entertainment will be provided
• Kids will be there for the big reveal
• Press and VIPs are invited to the event
• Celebration at the end of the day for Windermere, guests and the Community partner organizations
How you can help support the event
• Talk to your brokers about how your office can promote the event:• Post on facebook
• This year we are doing more to help neighborhoods with a lot of kids, but not a lot of resources! Join us in Building Better Communities by helping us build a park in the High Point Neighborhood. Learn more about the project and donate to support the park at www.windermereandyou.org
• Share radio, video and other media with your network• Use custom xpress email and postcards to connect with
your clients• Help fundraise for the park• Show up! We can have up to 150 volunteers on the day of
event. Please provide volunteers from your office.
