Using an Appreciative Inquiry approach, facilitator and community leader D’Arcy Farlow will guide participants through a process of learning, connecting, and engaging with one another to: Discover what it means to belong in a diverse community. Envision an ideal future in which all citizens have a sense of belonging. Create momentum that moves us towards this ideal future. Sustain communities of belonging through leadership and innovation.
