They operate in all common viscose liquid mediums (fluid and gas) benefiting from until now unknown effect of boundary layers. T hey are also known as „Bladelees turbines“ or „Turbines SETUR“. BFM are refered to as the invention of Czechoslovak authors, being wholly unique, f ar-reaching technical, economic and scientific impact. BFM are characterized by : - extremely simple construction (consisting of rotary components), therefore resulting in low prices and high reliability (virtually there is nothing to be damaged) - high efficiency even when changes to input media parameters are involved, wihtout the neccessity to regulate or change the geometry of the machine. - ability to deal with minimum compressive strenght and very low flows, - ability works like pump or supercharger - compressors There are two type of BMF: - BFM with rocking axis (rotary rolls on the inner surface of a stator) - BFM with fixed axis (rotary is placed in double bearings, with no connection to stator) BFMs are protected by patents in 20 advanced world countries. There are, for example, 3 European patents. A development which brings graet knowledge and a wide range of applications along with the possibility of further patent protection is being carried out. A mathematical model for BFMs with fixed axis has been created and basic physical formulas for gas medium have been described. At present, two products are being developed: small water power station DVE (see other side) and car-brushes. Different types of brush devices (cleaning glass and dishes, animal purgation), sprinklers, humidifiers and flow limiters derive benefit from the following uniq ue characteristics of BFMs with rocking axis. That is precessional movement of the axis resulting from rolling of the rotary on the inner surface of the stator. This motion can be expressed as a mechanical power, where micro-oscillations increase the cleaning effect of brushes, enabling application of sprinklers, humidifiers, air aerators, cleaning nozzles, homogenizers, stirrers , etc. They are also used in aquatic and pool vaccum cleaners with rotating power brushes, turbo brush attachments to vaccum cleaners, as a back-up power supply operated by water supply system and other applications. Other applications in preparing include: - Water powered tooth-brush using waterflow from tap, combined with water jet. - Steam and gas turbine. Driving turbine for turbo blower. - Semi-closed cycle gas-liquid low pressure turbines ( e.g . Rankin, Kalina). Will enable more effective production seat power control energy from combustion biomass, outlet warm from steam power station, energy thermal gradient in different depths consumes and oceans. - Sprinklers with nozzle extensions ( underground) - Flow power station for sea water flow ( riverine flows). For the products mentioned above, we search partners who have interest in manufacturing and sale, development cooperation and funding of the projects – mainly patent protection and research. Thanks to internationally valid p atents, these investments will be protected over the long term, unique engineering design being quite incommutable.
