The committee shall consist of nine (9) members who are residents of the City of Chesapeake and shall serve on the committee without compensation. (4) The name of all candidates for appointment to the board, and all information regarding each candidate which is made available to City Council shall be disclosed and made available to the public prior to any appointment being made.
