If the wrong blood types are mixed what happens?

Agglutination = clotting

Today you will test the “blood” of 4 people.

•Carefully follow directions to determine the blood type of each person.

• Look for precipitated, solid specks

• If clumping occurs write a + in the well

• If not write a - in the well

3.Which person could donate safely to anyone?

Ms. BrownShe is O- so her RBCs have no antigens and would not cause any agglutination.
