Bill to ID - Manage by Number: Block Addition to Cisco.com Profile - Screen 1 of 2
To Block a Bill to ID from being added to a Cisco.com profile using the Manage by Number screen:
1. Choose a Bill to ID.

2. Select Block Bill to ID addition to Cisco.com profile.
3. Click the Submit button.

Note: You cannot see a Bill to ID in the tool unless that number is in your Cisco.com profile and you are set up to manage it. See slide 70 for how to add Bill to IDs to your profile.

Once a Bill to ID has been chosen and the action Block Bill to ID addition to Cisco.com profile has been selected:Screen 2 of 2:1. Select one, many, or all
individuals from the list.1
2. Click on the Submit button.
A success message will be displayed. An email confirmation will be sent to all Administrators for that Bill to ID as well as each individual.

Blocking 1) deletes the Bill to ID from the individual’s profile, 2) removes support access, and 3) blocks the Bill to IDs you select. Cisco will then be unable to add the Blocked Bill to IDs to that individual's profile. If you only want to remove support access, select “Remove support access by Bill to ID”. This may affect the individual’s ability to use other Cisco applications.

If Cisco attempts to add a blocked or locked Bill to ID to a Cisco.com profile using Cisco’s internal tools, a message will be displayed indicating the Bill to ID cannot be added. - An email will automatically be sent: 1) to the Administrator with
the individual’s information, and 2) to the individual with the Administrator’s information.
If an individual attempts to request a blocked or locked Bill to ID be added to his Cisco.com profile using the Cisco.com Profile Manager, a message will be displayed directing him to the Administrator(s) for that Bill to ID. - An email will automatically be sent: 1) to the Administrator with
the individual’s information, and 2) to the individual with the Administrator’s information. The request will not be sent to Cisco.
If Cisco adds a Bill to ID to a Cisco.com profile, all Administrators will be informed via email (you can request not to receive this email).
