Principle: Town Hall Quarter will be created as a gathering place for citizens, instead of an architectural piece that is admired from afar.

Type: CommissionYear: 2007Size: 11000 M2 + 332 Apartments Principle: A hotel and apartment house in the mountains that provides accessibility, circulation and logistics, the same standards as a modern hotel.
