Big Rivers Electric Corporation {"BigRivers') filed new and revisedDSM tariff sheets on March 20, 2015, using the Public ServiceCommission's electronic tariff filing system. On this date, we arefiling certain revisions to those proposed tariffs to reflect editsrequested by one of Big Rivers' member distribution cooperatives.The changes to the tariff sheets previously filed are as follows:

1. On Sheet No. 2.01, the following sentence is deleted from the endof the paragraph below Current Programs - General:
