Noahdic Covenant - Beresheeth /Genesis 6:13-22, 7:113 And Elohim said to Noach, The end of all flesh has come before Me; for the earth is filled with violence through them; and, see, I will destroy them with the earth.14 Make a tavah (ark) of gopher wood; rooms you

shall make in the tavah, and shall cover it inside and outside with tar.15 And this is the design that you shall make it: The length of the tavah shall be three hundred cubits, the width of it fifty cubits, and the height of it thirty cubits.16 A window shall you make to the tavah, and in a cubit shall you finish it above; and the door of the tavah shall you set in the side of it; with lower, second, and third stories shall you make it. 23

Noahdic Covenant - Beresheeth /Genesis 6:13-22, 7:117 And, see, I, even I, do bring a flood of mayim upon the earth, to destroy all flesh, in which is the breath of chayim, from under the shamayim; and everything that is in the earth shall die.18 But with you I will establish My covenant; and you shall come

Avrahamic Covenant (cont’) - Beresheeth / Genesis 17:1-1610 This is My covenant, that you shall keep, between Me and you

Can this be done? Yes. Speaker has done for 8 years and has met with the US State Department, the IRS, the Department of Justice, the Joint Chiefs of Staff for the National Security Council through the J-1 Adjutant in the Pentagon, as well as the FBI and other agencies.

Self Government is the rule not the exception. Government by Agency is the exception. It has just become the norm like that of Sodom and Gemorrah.

JURAL SOCIETY

A society that is based upon principles of law by agreement among the members as a common unity (i.e. Community) or body politic that self governs its membership by the chosen law form or juris-diction.

Said self-governing organization sets its own law form and governing principles by agreement/contract and appoints its own body(ies) of jurisprudence or judiciary. Also, the body of members sets their own set of “by laws” of Laws to Live by. Example: Home Owners Association

Problem: What does a member of a body politic do when the body politic joined has chosen to set a different law form from that intended?

In other words, if the common unity you thought you were a member of has chosen to follow a different set of rules than those you want to live under or with, what do you do?

Example: If Sodom and Gemorrah becomes corrupt and you want to live under Israelite Biblical rules then how do you live and/or protect your fellow members?

Answer: Start your own Society that is based upon the values of which you want to agree upon within Scriptural rules set up by contract.

Under Freedom of Religion principles set forth and agreed upon within the 1st Amendment, by Private International Law, by Private Commercial agreement and by way of religious premises set forth in cases like that of Watson v. Jones (1871), a private religious society that self-governs can set its own law form and live that set of rules.

This set of rules can then be enforced within the United States Court of Federal Claims “at Law” once the members separate themselves from the United States Equity system either by termination or by “dual citizenship” as a jural society is a “state in fact” within Private International law.

Within the United States there are several Jural Societies with more emerging every year in response to external pressures of the current government’s religion of Secular Humanism.

Secular Humanism was declared a religion in 1961 by the United States Supreme Court in the case of Torcaso v. Watkins.

The United Nations is Secular Humanist.

The recent testimony of the 10 Commandments case with Judge Roy Moore set forth the premise that the Federal United States did not want “God” in the court room and would not tolerate any judge that allowed “God” into the courtroom. However, the 10 Commandments were OK as a historical emolument to viewed as historical only.

All Jural Societies start the same way.

Members of a current Body Politic notice changes in their current organization and at some point object.

Members that object band together.

Those members form study groups that begin to form alternatives.

Those study groups begin to study law.

OVER TIME, those study groups that study law become efficient at Law and start to coordinate with local law enforcement, the local courts for Declaratory judgement on small adjudications and eventually end up in negotiations with various Federal Courts.

The Mormons and other religious groups have done this for many years. REMEMBER: SELF Government.

Jural Societies:

The religious premise appears to be universal for JuralSocieties since religious groups are the groups that typically object to a forced change from an external government that has changed beyond recognition from the original format.

This evolutionary change and counter change is not unique in history and the cycle continues.

Typically, a set of rules such as “Robert’s Rules of Order”is used to run meetings, elect officers, and establish order.

A treasury is established.

A Secretary keeps notes and memoranda of elections.

A teacher or group of teachers is usually chosen to convey data of various sorts.

Communication between members protocol are established.

Communication/Diplomatic relations with the society outside of the jural society membership is usually established and eventually recognized.
