    Respect studentsand no

    discrimination

    elements

    Confidentially ofstudents

    Responsible

Refer to teachers needs torespect students and treatall them equally regardless

gender, social status, religion, race, culture etc.

    Teachers have to knowstudents background,

needs, and talents andreasons of the problems so

    that it can be solved

    effectively.

    1) Respect students and no

    discrimination elements

  • 7/30/2019 Behaviour and Classroom Managementpresent

    15/18

    2) Confidentially of students

    Confidentiality is an important ethical

principle in guidance: You can't help a

students effectively unless she/he knows you

    won't betray her secrets.

    Confidentially is important because :

-students feel comfortable and can easily

    express their feelings, problems, thoughts.

    -Students can trust the teachers.

  • 7/30/2019 Behaviour and Classroom Managementpresent

    16/18

    Teachers can reveal the information

    when:

Cases that involve the safety of the students.

For example : students are abused by their

    parents or bullies problems.

Requested by the students. For example: for

other people to learn a lesson from his/her

    problem.

    Students endanger teachers safety.

    3) Responsible

Teachers have to be aware of their limits inguiding students.

All actions and decisions made is focusing to

help the students. If during the guiding session, teacher aware

that they are lacking or not skilled enough to

handle the students, asks for anotherteachers help.

All in all, teachers have to be responsible to

the guided students- assist the students not

    for teachers own purposes.
