1. ReglamentosdelaeropuertoEn el Aeropuerto de Barquisimeto se aplicanvarios reglamentos locales. Los reglamentosestánrecopiladosenunmanualquesepuedeconsultar en la oficina de notificación AIS y en laJefaturadeAeropuerto.Entreotrosasuntos,esemanualcontiene:

b) información acerca de los puestos deestacionamientodeaeronaves,queincluyelossistemasdeguíavisualparaelatraque;

c) información acerca del rodaje desde lospuestos dé estacionamiento de aeronaves,inclusolaautorizaciónderodaje;

d) limitaciones para las operaciones deaeronaves grandes, incluso limitaciones en elusodesupropiaenergíaparaelrodaje;

e)lasoperacionesdehelicópteros;

f)laasistenciadeseñaladoresentierrayparaelremolque;

g) el uso de potencia de motor superior a lapotenciaderégimendemarchalenta;

h)elarranquedelmotoryusodelAPU;

i)elderramedecombustible;y

j) las precauciones durante condicionesmeteorológicasextremas.

Puede obtenerse asistencia de señaleros entierraymásinformaciónsobrelosreglamentossolicitándolas a la TWR o al control démovimiento en la superficie (SMC).

Cuandounreglamentolocalesimportanteparala operación segura de las aeronaves sobrela plataforma, TWR o SMC proporcionarán lainformaciónacadaaeronave.

SVBM AD 2.20 REGLAMENTOS DE TRÁNSITO LOCALES/ LOCAL TRAFFIC REGULATIONS

1. Regulationsoftheairport

In the Airport of Barquisimeto several localregulations are applied. The regulations aregathered in a manual that can consult you intheAirportHeadquarters.Amongothermatters,thatmanualcontains:

a)themeaningofthemarksandserial;

b)informationaboutthepositionsofparkingofaircraftthatitincludesvisualguide’ssystemsfortherobs;

c)informationaboutofthetaxifromthepositionsofparkingofaircrafts,eventheauthorizationofthetaxi;

d)limitationsfortheoperationsofbigaircrafts,evenlimitationsintheuseoftheirownenergyforthetaxi;

e)theoperationsofhelicopters;

f) theattendanceof indicators inearthand forthetow;

g) the use of power of superior motor to thepowerofregimeofslowmarch;

h)theoutburstofthemotorandAPUuse;

i)thespilloffuel;and

j)theprecautionsduringextrememeteorologicalconditions.

Can be obtained indicators attendance inearth and more information of the regulationsrequestingthemtotheTWRorthecontrolgivemovementinthesurface(SMC).

Whenalocalregulationisimportantforthesureoperationof theaircraft on theplatform,TWRor SMC will provide the information to eachaircraft.

2. Rodaje hacia y desde los puestos deestacionamiento. TWR o SMC asignaránun número de puesto de estacionamiento alas aeronaves que llegan.Las aeronaves deaviación general tendrán que usar la zona deestacionamiento reservada para la aviacióngeneral.Por intermediodeTWRoSMCpuedesolicitarse asistencia del vehículo “SÍGAME”.Las aeronaves de aviación general siempreseránguiadasporelvehículo“SÍGAME”.

Los vuelos IFR que salen se comunicaráncon TWR para obtener autorización dé ATCantes de comenzar el rodaje. La solicitud deautorizacióndeATCpuedepresentarseen losúltimos10minutosantesdehacerarrancarlosmotores.Seusarálafrecuenciade121,9MHZen el horario 1000/0400. Las aeronaves quesalen obtendrán autorización para remolquesdéretrocesoeinstruccionessobrerodajedesdelaplataformaenfrecuencia121,9MHZ

2.TaxitowardandfromtheparkingpositionsTWRorSMCwill assignanumberof parkingpositiontotheaircraftsthatarrive.Theaircraftsofgeneralaviationwillhavetousethereservedparking area for the general aviation.ThroughTWR or SMC can be requested attendanceof the vehicle “FOLLOW ME”.The aircrafts ofgeneral aviation will be always guided by thevehicle“FOLLOWME.”

The flights IFR that come out will communicate with TWR to obtain authorization of the ATCbefore beginning the taxi. The applicationof authorization of ATC can be presented inthe last 10 minutes before of engine on. Thefrequency of 121.9 MHZ will be used in theschedule 1000/0400.
