Our History

Founded in 1939, Jack Lupo Realty Company was established in Brooklyn New York. In 1970 the company relocated to Boca Raton Florida. Jack Lupo Realty was continually ranked among the top 20 Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Companies in South Florida, and has been consistently recognized by South Florida Business Journal and Co-Star.

In 2006, Jack Lupo Realty was sold to Coldwell Banker Commercial, a national brokerage company. Five years prior to the sale of his company, Mr. Lupo created a commercial development company KMA Investments, which successfully developed several retail shopping centers and single tenant buildings throughout Florida. During that time Mr. Lupo established Commercial Real Estate, LLC.

Originally based in Boca Raton Florida, Commercial Real Estate, LLC relocated its primary office to Vero Beach Florida in early 2010 under the direction of Jack Lupo. In addition to Commercial Real Estate, Jack Lupo manages Lupo Investments which has assembled a diverse portfolio of single tenant properties in the southeast region of the United States.

Mr. Lupo oversees acquisitions for Lupo Investments as well as the development of single tenant properties and brokerage of single tenant properties for privately held partnerships and investment clients throughout the United States. Additionally, Mr. Lupo was involved in the design, development and construction of the national prototypes of both the first Tire Kingdom and Mattress Giant Stores located in Boca Raton Florida.

In late 2010 Jack Lupo partnered with Jeremiah Baron to form Commercial Real Estate , LLC Baron Lupo & Co. In 2014, Jack Lupo retired from active management in the firm and sold his portion of the business to Jeremiah Baron though he still works with the team from time to time to consult on large projects with the firm.

Jeremiah Baron has specialized in the Treasure Coast & Palm Beach commercial real estate markets for over a decade while closing over $100 million in real estate transactions. Some of the more notable transactions have been the sale of the 80,000 square foot Cedar Point Plaza for $7,450,000, Treasure Coast Shoppe’s for $4,550,000 and the 82,000 square foot Plantation Plaza in Stuart for $6,000,000.00.

Baron’s team is ever growing with over 15 team members on board to date. His firm currently rests as the #1 Commercial Real Estate firm on the Treasure Coast. That goal has been reached through total dedication and absolute focus on getting deals done, day in and day out. Property and Asset Management Our focus is to devise and implement a management plan that increases cash flow and return on your investment. A plan that provides timely and accurate accounting using the MRI System which creates additional value for our clients. While this goal may seem obvious, it has become even more challenging in today’s investment cycle. We begin with the fundamentals of property management, then expand that to meet the investment goals of our client/owners. We specialize in developing management plans that are compatible with our clients long-range goals, then oversee the fiscal and physical health of each asset. Marketing Plan:CRE will create a custom marketing plan for each property. Most importantly, as the marketing plan is implemented, we will keep the property owner informed by providing written monthly reports.

Potential Users and Methods of Contact:Using the various resources that are available to us, we will create a list of potential users for the property and methods for how we are going to contact them.

CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member):CCIM is the global leader in commercial and investment real estate education and services. Belonging to CCIM means being part of an ethical and knowledgeable network that fosters lasting relationships based on mutual respect. Many of our agents are members of CCIM or are candidates for CCIM designation. The coveted CCIM designation is recognized as a hallmark of professional competency. It takes over 200 hours of specialized training and successful completion of a comprehensive examination before being awarded the CCIM designation. Our COO/CFO Jim Forbes earned his CCIM designation in 2012. As a CCIM designee, Jim has a professional bond with 9,500 other designees throughout the United States and over 30 countries.

Associates Orientation Meeting:We will schedule an on-site visit with all of our office associates. We have found that this leads to an abundance of marketing ideas for the subject property. Further, once our associates have personally viewed a property they are better able to present the property to potential clients.

Presentation:We construct multi-media presentations that can be viewed in our conference room or can be electronically distributed to an interested party.

Senior Associate(s) Review:Our senior team of Jeremiah Baron and/or Jim Forbes will review each project on a regular basis.

Signage:CRE provides standard or custom signage as required for each property at our expense.

Website:Commercial Real Estate has a full service interactive web site that allows us to feature individual properties and enables customers to download information on each listing. We can create an individual website for each listing. Our website hosts photographs, and information on all of our listings and is listed on appropriate advertising websites.

Personal Canvassing /Direct Contact:This is a main feature of our marking program. It is our experience that nothing surpasses direct personal marketing for results. Our associates diligently “Bang on Doors” to get our listings presented directly to the business owner and then we follow up until we get an answer.

Customized Marketing Brochure:We will create a customized brochure for each property. This brochure will be available for distribution in print, email, fax or it can be downloaded from our website.

LoopNet:We feature our listings on LoopNet, a subscription-based commercial real estate information services provider. LoopNet is the largest and most heavily trafficked commercial real estate listing service online with over 3.9 million registered members and 945,000 average monthly unique visitors. LoopNet.com contains more than $480 billion of properties available for sale and 6.3 billion square feet of properties available for lease. LoopNet attracts the largest community of commercialreal estate brokers, appraisers and other professionals to its rich resource of commercial real estate news and property listings.

E-mail Marketing:In order to keep everyone in the loop, we submit a monthly newsletter twice a month to a large number of subscribers which lets them know of new property listings as well as successfully closed transactions.

Cooperating Broker Network:CRE strongly encourages cooperation with other brokers. Besides entering information into multiple industry sources, we communicate directly with cooperating brokers and provide them with details of your property so they may share it with their clients.

Engagement Marketing:We maintain a comprehensive database of brokers, investors, regional tenants, national chains and other industry professionals that want to specifically know about CRE properties. This provides a convenient and effective method of instantaneously providing exposure of your property to a large audience in a short period of time.

Chamber of Commerce and Government Agency Exposure:Our agents are active members of the Chambers of Commerce and other community business organizations where we live and work. We also attend meetings of the Community Redevelopment Agency, Planning and Zoning Board, and other government organizations that shape the real estate marketplace.
