unbanked.

• Train bank and credit unions on BOCT and customer literacy.
• Distribute new BOCT brochures.• Update the Bank Locator Tool.• Encourage the unbanked to visit partner
branches through incentives.• Spread the word about BOCT through media and
grassroots outreach.
