I. H thng chnh tr
H thng chnh tr l mt tp hp cc t chc khc nhau, gn kt/tng tc vi
nhau to nn mt chnh ph.
Do , h thng chnh tr ca 1 quc gia l l h thng chnh ph ca quc gia .
C 2 xu hng phn loi h thng chnh tr. Th nht xu hng nhn mnh vo ch ngha
tp th (collectivism) hoc ch ngha c nhn(individualism). Th hai, xu
