    I.iu trbng tia xl g ?

    iu trbng tia bc xhay cn gi tt l XTr l vic p dng cc ngun bc xht nhn hay cc chm tia bc xvo vic iu trbnh trong y hc ni chung, iu trbnhnhn ung thni ring.

    Vic p dng bc x h t nhn trong y hc nh v y c thc hin t r t sm ngay t nh ngngy u tin khi tia X c pht hin ra bi nh vt l Roentgen v sau ba khm ph quantrng: Tia X bi Roentgen; Sb c x t nhin b i Becquerel v Ra-226 bi Marie Curie. Ccloi bc x c p dng trong iu tr trong nh ng ngy u l nhng chm tia X c nnglng thp, tuy nhin ngy nay chng ta c nhiu la chn a dng hn nh chm tia X n nglng thp, chm tia X nng lng cao hay cn gi l chm photon hay tia gamma, chm tiaelectron hay cc chm ht nng nhproton, He, Cacbon c ng bt u c s d ng m t s nc tin tin trn thgi i nhng gi thnh kh cao.

Tu theo c c u tch c t t ng nc, tng thnh ph v t ng bnh vin m mt n vx tr c th l m t trung tm hay khoa x tr c lp ca mt bnh vin, hoc l mt n v tr cthuc mt khoa ca bnh vin v cc hnh thc tch c khc.

    VII.Quy Trnh iu TrTi Khoa XTr

    Qui trnh ieu tr la s khai quat cac bc cua mot t ieu tr ma ngi benh phai iqua. Qui trnh ieu tr noi nen s logic ve to chc va noi len nhiem vu, trach nhiem cac nhomnhan vien tham gia vao cong tac ieu tr bang bc xa. Co the khai quat qui trnh ieu tr xatr bang s o sau:
