MAKE UP TESTS Students who score a C or lower are

allowed to retake a test.

The retake will be given before or after school 3-4 days after the test

BIRTHDAY CELEBRATIONS

Birthdays will be celebrated during recess of the last Friday of the month.

Families are encouraged to work together to celebrate birthdays with healthy treats.

Sugary treats should be in small serving sizes.

MIDDLE SCHOOL PROCESS

Submit all forms together (complete the top) to the office before the December Break

Submit an addressed (Crestview and Middle School) stamped envelope for both teachers

I will complete all recommendations for math and Mrs. Jones will complete all recommendations for English

Please take a look at the general recommendation form

Email both teachers for Shadow Days or any time your child will leave school early or not attend
