What is Autism Spectrum Disorder?

• Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a lifelong developmental condition that affects an individual’s interaction to people and environment.

• The word 'spectrum' describes the range of difficulties and degree of affectation.

• The main areas of difficulty includes communication, social interaction and repetitive behaviours.
