Landmark Realty opened its new Abbotsford office at 2790 Allwood Street in Ab-botsford at the beginning of May this year. The new Landmark build-ing features wide-open space while offering private office space to support 83 Realtors.The building is home to 27 offices, two conference rooms, a full kitchen, a large central foyer as well as other office space.The office has almost 9,000 square feet of floor space, including the main floor and an expansive mezzanine. The office is also high tech, with blazing-fast fibre-optic Internet and a brand new state of the art phone system. Landmark’s presentation area comes complete with an 80-inch, high-definition TV, wireless mic, and a high-end speaker system throughout the office. This gives Landmark Real-tors the best tools at their

disposal in this competitive market place, says Land-mark’s business development manager, Marty Snider. He adds Landmark also recycled building materials in refur-bishing the new office.“Landmark reclaimed beams that were removed from the building in order to make all of the countertops through-out the building as well as to make the desks in the pre-sentation area.”There is plenty of room for Landmark’s current team, while taking into account future growth.Snider says the building’s design was important.“We wanted to give our real-tors the best possible work experience through provid-ing an environment specially designed to enhance our ephasis on community and thus culture,” Snider says.“We believe that in real es-tate, activity breeds activity. The entire office is designed

around community and open space.”He says Landmark wants to encourage transparency and team work and the realty company prides itself on its culture of encouragement and working together. “It’s the first of its kind; built by Realtors, for Realtors, specifically with community in mind. Activity breeds ac-tivity and every office opens into our central work area.”
