Anta's Art of Fighting without Fighting Anti-Bullying was inspired by the teachings of Bruce Lee and Ronald Reagan. “The Art of Fighting without Fighting Anti-Bullying™” program is a complete Anti-Bullying and confidence building life skills program for kids and adults. “The Art of Fighting without Fighting Anti-Bullying™” is the key to non-violent anti-bullying peaceful resolution.
“The Art of Fighting without Fighting Anti-Bullying™” program trains victims of bullying whether they are children, teenagers or adults to survive a bully encounter. This program is for children, teens and adults.
“The Art of Fighting without Fighting Anti-BullyingTM” can assist parents, school teachers, martial arts instructors, coaches, church leaders, Boy and Girl Scouts leaders and councilors that are searching for a realistic way to train kids, teenagers and adults to stop bullying and not be victims of bullying.
“The Art of Fighting without Fighting Anti-BullyingTM” program created by Julio Anta. Anta has been teaching anti-bullying in his martial arts and self defense classes and doing workshops in schools (public, private and charter schools), churches, boy scouts, girl scouts since 1998. He has been featured in over 100 local, national and international TV shows. Anta has purchased numerous anti-bullying programs, he was one of the first instructors certified in an anti-bullying program and did research, and was a Human Diversity (also called Cultural Diversity) instructor certified by FDLE (Florida Department of Law Enforcement.) August 25, 2012, was proclaimed Anta’s Art of Fighting without Fighting Anti-Bullying Day by Miami-Dade County and the City of Doral. Yet, he believed that most anti-bullying programs were incomplete and some could get you hurt.
Through his research and his background as a Corrections Officer in a maximum security prison, an FDLE instructor, Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps Reserves, father of two boys, Krav Maga instructor, Bruce Lee’s Jeet Kune Do instructor, Muay Thai instructor, Kung Fu instructor, numerous fitness certifications and Gracie Jiu Jitsu student he created “The Art of Fighting without Fighting Anti-BullyingTM.”

Art of Fighting without Fighting Four !Point Defense when Confronted by a Bully
1. Presence: Look at the bully straight in the eyes. Never show fear towards the bully.!!2. Verbal: Make sure you verbalize. When you speak you exhale, you’ll automatically inhale. This will keep you from holding your breath and feeling light headed. It will also attract attention.!!3. Stance: Put your hands up, it takes a split second to see an attack coming. Keep Bully three hand lengths away from you. Learn reality self defense and fighting.!!4. Report: Tell teachers, coach, parents or an authority figure!
1.Avoidance: Bullying is seen. go the other way. Avoid the confrontation.!
2.Voice Projection: Bully confrontation verbal. Distance projection of voice!
3.Non-Violent Defense: Stop the attack. control the bullying without punching and kicking.!
4.TCB (Taking Care of Business): Getting punched or getting hurt. Now you can use punches, kicks, knees, elbows, throws, ground fighting or self defense movements. This is your last result if nothing else works. This is survival mode. (TCB is a term Elvis Presley used)!!
1.Keep a diary of what your child says is happening or get your child to keep his/her own diary
2.Write a note to the classroom teacher explaining that the problem is still not solved
3.Suggest that contact between the bully and your child is monitored and limited, perhaps by the bully moving to another table
4.Ask for your letter to be put onto your child’s school file, together with a note of the action taken.
5.Ask for a follow up meeting after a couple of weeks to discuss how things are going.
