ARM9 Mainboard vs Gen Mainboard When trying to deter- mine whether you have an ARM9 or Gen mainboard you will be looking at the left side of the mainboard. 1 2 3 12345 Gen mainboards will have a 3 pin audio connector. ARM9 mainboards will have a 5 pin audio connector. Older style color boards will have no connector, therefore they are not up- gradeable. Product ID: NHGENADAKIT.B Product ID: NHGENADAKITARM9.B NOTE: On Gen mainboards, application version 11 will need to be installed for the voice guidance to align with the keypad. Updated boards are available at additional cost.
