ARIA RESORT LAS VEGAS, NV The Aria Resort is a luxury hotel and casino in the City Center complex on the Las Vegas Strip. The resort was opened in December 2009, and is regarded as the most technologically advanced hotel ever built. The completed structure comprises two curvilinear, 61 floor glass towers, with more than 4,000 guest rooms, 16 restaurants, 10 bars and nightclubs, and a 150,000 square feet casino. The Aria Resort is one of the tallest buildings in Las Vegas. HALFEN supported the planners with solutions for the complex connections required for the curved facade. One of the most notable aspects of the Aria hotel is the incorporation of technology in the exterior and the interior designs. The HALFEN engineering department was able to provide solutions for effective anchoring of the technologically complex and advanced facade. HALFEN HCW Curtain Wall System offers fast and safe connection, allowing immediate full load application. HALFEN HCW Curtain Wall System is easy to adjust in up to three directions, and offers high load-bearing capacities.
