Approach to Arcola Theatre Development
1. Treat it like a theatre production. Own it2. Have a great team, know and respect their skills3. Practise on your own house4. Manage risk, don’t be afraid of it5. Learn the rules, heed some of them6. Do the right-thing over the thing-right7. Be unreasonable8. Suffer for rules ignored & unreasonableness
